Day # 1: Arrival Cairo Egypt
We arrive at Cairo international airport, where you will be met and assisted by a REP. who will handle your Egyptian entry visa and then transferred to your hotel for check in with free time at leisure at the hotel. Tonight, relax or join us for an optional evening of out of this world entertainment as we go to the Pyramids for the incredible Sound and Light Spectacular after we will return to our hotel for free time at leisure and peaceful overnight stay. Day # 2: Cairo Sightseeing Tours Breakfast at hotel and then your private English speaking Egyptologist guide will take us to the amazing Pharaonic Cairo to visit the Step Pyramids and the Fine Tombs at Sakkara , the Statue of Ramses II and the Alabaster Sphinx at Memphis that was the ancient capital of Egypt during the old kingdom. From there you will be moved into the Giza Plateau to visit the Great Pyramids of Cheops, Chephren, Micerinus and the almighty sphinx, the royal human head on a lion's body then to the valley temple, two awesome megalithic temples, known as the Sphinx Temple, and the Valley Temple traditionally attributed to the Pharaoh Chephren that is an absolute wonder of engineering . Lunch en route at specialty restaurant nearby the pyramids with free time for shopping. For those who did not get to go the option will be given tonight to relax or join us for another optional evening of out of this world entertainment as we go to the Pyramids for the incredible Sound and Light Spectacular (optional) Return back to your hotel for relaxation, free time and overnight stay. Day # 3: Cairo Sightseeing Tours / Sleeper Train to Aswan After breakfast at your hotel, you will be taken for a guided tour to the Egyptian Museum of antiquates that was built in the neo-classical style by the French architect Marcel Dourgenon the museum housing over 120,000 objects from different Pharaonic eras especially those of the child king Tutankhamen . Proceed to the citadel of Saladin and Mohammed Ali`s Alabaster Mosque .Lunch en route at good quality restaurant in Cairo downtown .Then drive to the Old Cairo to visit the old Coptic churches and the fortress of Babylon where the holy family took a refuge. Leaves the Church of St Barbara and St. St. George\'s church to the Islamic Cairo and Khan El Khalili bazaars and Old Market with free time to walk around and discover the amazing area in your way then transfer to the Giza train terminal to board your first class sleeper train to Aswan with dinner and overnight aboard train Day # 4: Aswan Sightseeing Tours Breakfast onboard train before arriving Aswan train terminal where you will be met and assisted by a REP who will transfer you to the hotel for free time at leisure at the hotel in Aswan. you will be taken in an exciting tour to the world famous High Dam that was an engineering miracle when it was built in the 1960s. It contains 18 times the material used in the Great Pyramid of Cheops; continue to the granite quarries which supplied the ancient Egyptians with most of the hard stone used in pyramids and temples. The quarries still hold the famous Unfinished Obelisk and then you will be taking by motor-boat to island of Egilka visit the majestic Philae temple that was dedicated to the Goddesses Isis. For our enjoyment, a Felucca Ride is included on the Nile River in Aswan this afternoon. A final optional evening excursion will offer the sound and light show at the Temple of Philae. Return to the hotel free time at leisure in Aswan and overnight stay Day # 5: Excursion to Abu Simbel / Nile Cruise Early breakfast at the hotel, and then you will be escorted by your English speaking guide and driver to the impressive temples built by Ramses II in Abu Simbel which is one of Egypt's most visited sites. Relocated in the 1960's with the building of the Aswan Dam, Abu Simbel is a feat of modern and ancient engineering then you will be transferred to Aswan to embark the 5* deluxe Nile cruiser, where we will enjoy the next 3 Nights/4 Days. Lunch and free time on board Your Nile cruise ship Nile Cruiser. Free time at leisure in Aswan Day # 6: Nile Cruise Tours Sail to Kom Ombo. After breakfast will be accompanied by your English speaking guide to visit Kom Ombo temple, the crocodile-headed God of fertility and creator of the world, lunch aboard your cruise with free time at leisure whilst sailing to Edfu to explore Edfu's Temple of Horus, one of the best-preserved Ancient Egyptian temples on the Nile Continue the cruise down the Nile to Luxor. Afternoon tea is served on the sun –deck with dinner and overnight stay onboard cruise Day # 7: Nile Cruise Tours Breakfast onboard the cruise, and then you will be taken into the West Bank of the river Nile to visit the two colossal statues of Amenhotep III (Colossi of Memnon), and then visit the Valley of the Kings, where the magnificent tombs discovered, those tombs were carved deep into the desert rock, richly decorated and filled with treasures for the afterlife of the pharaohs, you will visit 3 tombs. Continue the tour to visit the Hatshipsut temple at El Deir El Bahary, this impressive temple dedicated to the Queen Hatshipsut the only female pharaoh rises out of the desert plain in a series of terraces and merges with the sheer limestone cliffs that surround it then back to the cruise for lunch, after afternoon tea on the ship with free time at leisure and overnight stay. Tonight, if you wish, enjoy an optional sound and light show at the Temple of Karnak Day # 8: Nile Cruise Tours/ Red Sea Holiday Today and after breakfast you will be accompanied by your English speaking guide to visit the Temple of Luxor and Temple of Karnak. In the afternoon, we will be picked up by our English Egyptologist expert guide to visit Karnak Temple, the largest place of worship ever built. Its ancient name Ipet-isut means “the most sacred of places.” The temple, or, more correctly, the complex of temples, was built over more than two thousand years by generation after generation of pharaohs. Within the complex, the great “Hypostyle Hall” is an incredible forest of giant pillars .Then you will be transferred to the majestic Luxor temple which built by Amenhotep III and Ramses II for ritual and festivals and dedicated to the god Amun, and then you will join a most unique transfer across the Sahara desert to Hurghada (3.5 hours), the fantastic resort destination, located on the pristine Red Sea, check into the hotel with free time at leisure and overnight stay Day # 9: Red Sea Holiday-Snorkeling Trip Breakfast at the hotel, and then in the morning we will be met by our REP. at the hotel lobby and transfer to the jetty to board a boat for a fantastic snorkeling trip in the Red sea with desert island relaxation, lunch will be served aboard the boat with mineral water, soft drinks, coffee and tea and then you will be back at the jetty, where you will be met by our REP. who will transfer you to the hotel. The balance of the afternoon is at leisure. Free evening time, stay nightlife is hoping in this resort hamlet, so enjoy a night out to dance and have fun. Day # 10: Red Sea Holiday- Bedouin Safari in Hurghada After breakfast, enjoy a half day at leisure to explore the many splendid activities of the sparkling Red Sea and enjoy the sun and sea at your beach resort. Afternoon time you will be taken for a wonderful Bedouin Safari trip in Hurghada to know about Bedouins life and tradition , with camel ride in Hurghada desert and you will enjoy amazing sunset view with barbeque dinner and Bedouin show and folkloric dance – later you will be transferred back to your hotel for overnight stay in Hurghada Day # 11: Red Sea Holiday- Egyptian Cultural Show After breakfast, enjoy another day at leisure, to relax, swim soak up the sun or take another optional excursion on the water. Evening time you will be taken for amazing Arabian Night to “:Alf Leila We Leila” that is a highlight for most visitors to Hurghada, a fantastic experience to see the local customs and traditions of Egyptian, the belly dancer, the horse show and the Sound and Light Show at AlF Leila Wa Leila in the tradition of those at the Great Pyramids, Karnak Temple and Abu Simbel.make up your night of Arabian entertainment. The Sound and Light Show is followed by a Pharaonic horse show where acrobatics on horseback and general horsemanship is displayed. The third and final show is an oriental belly dancer and Tanura, Dervishes Dance at the end of the evening you will be transferred back to your Hurghada hotel. Day # 12: Hurghada/ Cairo / Home After breakfast you will be met by a REP. who will transfer you to Hurghada airport for the flight to Cairo, where you will take your flight back home |
