Day by day itinerary
Day 1:) 29th, Dec,2008 Arrive Luxor / Nile Cruise sights
Memphis Tours representative will meet and assist you at Luxor airport or train station. You will then be transferred by a private A/C vehicle to the cruise ship for embarkation before lunch. Enjoy a wonderful afternoon tour and visit the East Bank of the Nile River in Luxor where you will see Karnak and Luxor Temples. Board your cruise ship for an afternoon tea and dinner. Overnight aboard in Luxor.
Day 2:) 30th, Dec,2008 Luxor sightseeing
Enjoy breakfast on board then travel to the West Bank of the River Nile in Luxor to visit the Valley of the Kings, Hatshepsut Temple at El Deir EL Bahari, and the Colossi of Memnon. Reboard the ship for lunch and an afternoon tea while sailing to Edfu via the Esna Loch. Dinner and overnight aboard in Edfu.
Day 3:) 31st, Dec,2008 Nile Cruise sights
Enjoy breakfast on board before visiting Horus Temple at Edfu. Transfer back to the ship and sail to Kom Ombo. Lunch on board the cruise. Upon arrival at Kom Ombo, visit the temple shared by the two gods Sobek and Haroeris. Continue sailing to Aswan. New Year 2009 Gala Dinner and Show aboard the cruise and overnight aboard.
Day 4:) 1st, Jan, 2009 Aswan sightseeing
Pay a visit to the High Dam in Aswan, the Unfinished Obelisk, and the majestic Philae Temple. You will also visit the Botanical Garden via felucca. Overnight aboard in Aswan.
Day 5:) 2nd, Jan,2009 Aswan / Abu Simbel/ Departure
Disembarkation after breakfast. ( Optional ) tour to Abu Simbel by private A/C vehicle and private guide to visit the Temples of Abu Simbel. Transfer to Aswan Airport / train terminal for final departure.
